Leading Irish fashion brand iClothing partners with marketing tech firm to boost engagement

iClothing, a young and vibrant company dedicated to providing the latest high street fashion for less, is using the latest live marketing technology to make customer experience a priority this Autumn and into 2020.

iClothing, a 100% Irish-owned high street fashion retailer, is partnering with live email content specialist Kickdynamic to enhance their communications to ensure every single customer receives the most relevant and up-to-date content possible.

Established in 2010, the online retailer has fast become the go-to website for women wanting top quality clothing at affordable prices, with huge savings on offer on top labels and brands. This new partnership will see them develop their email communications to provide live ‘new in’, relevant campaign and promotional content – such as Black Friday deals – to their customers at scale.

The partnership will empower iClothing to provide an outstanding frictionless customer experience through the delivery of the latest product content, that’s in stock and available to buy, at every single email open. In addition to making email content ‘live’, iClothing will extensively personalize product content using customer preferences – moving from a manual, one-size fits all approach to a personalized experience at every email touch point. To elevate the customer experience further iClothing will also leverage Kickdynamic’s contextual relevancy capabilities to display the most relevant content based on the time, device, weather and location that an email is opened.

These developments are made possible through Kickdynamic’s platform, whose open time technology and suite of email enhancement tools are used to deliver live, automated and relevant content repeatedly and at scale.

Founded in 2012, Kickdynamic is trusted by over 200 of the world’s leading retail, fashion and travel brands to deliver compelling, individualised customer experiences. When using Kickdynamic, brands have consistently seen emails delivering up to 45% more conversions and a 52% higher average order value than traditional email campaigns. The London-based tech firm already count Ted Baker, ASOS and T.M. Lewin among their customers.

Matt Hayes, CEO of Kickdynamic said: “We’re thrilled to be working with a young, future-focused company who understand the importance of customer experience in today’s fast-paced fashion market.”

Abbas Bari, Managing Director for iClothing said: “As a business, our customers are the most important thing to us, so we’re committed to providing them with the best possible service at all times – this includes sending them the best possible emails. Working with Kickdynamic will enable us to ensure all of our email communications are delivering exactly the content our customers want.”
